Perfectly situated to walk into " downtown" tahoe city ( 10min) which includes Commons beach, and some tasty lunch dinner spots. Right across from the multi-use path that connects all of west shore. Also a perfect middle ground to south, north, and truckee.Its QUIET...and Tahoe dont mess around. So be mindful if you are a loudmouth.I went on shoulder season right after labor day. Not crowded, weather is a mixture of warm to chilly breezes. But overall lovely.Host, responsive and very timely to answer my silly questions. First time dealing with bear bungees. Also gave food suggestions we used. Glad we did. A LOT of instructions to consume for check in and out. Not sure if thats Host or TahoeOnly potential for improvement, slightly thicker toliet paper and a brighter shower curtain or just glass door. Its a smaller shower stall so this was difficult for my man (6'3 and solid).
