We had a very comfortable stay at Cozy Cottonwood. The kitchen was well stocked, the floor plan was spacious enough for our group of 5 teenagers and 2 adults to spread out with lots of room left over, and the hot tub was clean and awesome once it got up to temp (which took an evening). We loved the proximity to Tahoe Regional Park trails and snow play. I also appreciated the management company taking care of us when our check-in was delayed a couple of hours. This was a great home base for our ski weekend, we would be very happy to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location! The lodgings were exactly as described on the listing and the cleanliness was outstanding. It’s perfectly located to many of the things we planned to do during our trip and we greatly appreciated the space we had to recharge after a full day of activities. The neighborhood was quiet, well kept and in a beautiful area. We will surely be back!
