Bear Falls in Alpine Meadows!

The property itself is in a nice secluded area that is a 10-15 minute drive to Lake Tahoe. It has a grill and an outdoor area that we took advantage of. We arrived in the evening around 6 pm and immediately noticed that there was no paper towels or kitchen towels. Then as we walked around the home, noticed that there was not enough shower towels for the 12 people staying. They did come promptly the next morning. One of the showers out of the 4 did not have hot water so that was a bummer. Overall, we had a good time and enough space for the 12 of us and our dogs.

Property had numerous bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for our large group celebrating my mother‘s 90th birthday Add an elevator walk-in shower walk-in bathtub for two in our party with physical disabilities. The creek and the back patio were excellent areas to relax.

The property location itself was very nice. Having a creek next to the cabin makes it a great experience. Cabin is very spacious.Only problems I had were with the general condition of the cabin itself. A lot of things like the sliding glass doors and shower doors were in poor condition, making them hard to open and close. The cabin also had a lack of kitchenware/cookware, plates, bowls etc...
